摘要
本文以方家山核电站M310机组HP6高压加热器抽汽管道疏水阀频繁动作的故障为例,针对疏水阀出现的故障,从疏水阀的结构、系统运行工艺参数、疏水阀旁路疏水器的疏水能力、疏水管线的实际疏水量、疏水管线布置等方面进行原因分析,找出导致高加抽汽管道疏水阀频繁动作的根本原因,并提出了增大旁路疏水器的疏水能力、疏水管线的合理布置等有效的应对策略,成功解决了疏水阀频繁动作的问题,保障了机组安全稳定运行。
In this paper,the example of frequent action occurred in the steam extraction pipeline bleeder valve of HP heater in Fangjiashan NPP were analyzed.For the trouble of bleeder valve,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of the bleeder valve structure,the operating process parameters of the system,the hydrophobic capacity of the bypass trap,the actual hydrophobic capacity and the layout of the hydrophobic pipeline.The root cause of the frequent action of the steam bleeder valve is found out.In addition,some effective counter measures are put forward,such as increasing the hydrophobic capacity of bypass trap and reasonable arrangement of hydrophobic pipeline,etc.The frequent action of bleeder valve is solved successfully,which guarantees the operation of nuclear power plant in a safe and stable condition.
