摘要
在方家山核电站和国内其他M310核电机组的运行中,均出现了凝结水抽取系统旁路调节阀振动过大的问题。振动对阀门造成了不同程度的损伤,从而影响了机组的稳定运行。此文针对方家山核电机组凝结水旁路调节阀振动过大的问题,通过阻塞流原理的运用和对现场参数的分析计算,查找出了引起该阀振动的根本原因,并针对性地提出了后续改进策略。
In Fangjiashan and other domestic M310 nuclear power plants,vibration widely occurs in the bypass control valves of condensate extraction system.Vibration damages the valves diversely,and influences the stabile operation of the plants.This article aims at the problem of the transnormal vibration of the condensate bypass control valve,and searches the primary cause of the vibration by application of the barrage flow theory and calculation of the parameter practically,and then relatively propounds the improvement solutions.
