摘要
重水堆燃料操作系统24VDC控制电源为24V公共母线、自动母线和手动母线供电。若其因故障失效,将失去油压动力导致系统主要设计功能丧失,导致所有设备的手动、自动控制功能失效,尤其是乏燃料应急喷淋冷却、备用冷却功能的丧失,将造成重水泄漏和乏燃料失去冷却等严重后果。本文对24V DC控制电源展开失效影响和失效模式分析,并结合电源老化现象和换料过程中带来的危害,提出对24V DC控制电源可靠性提升的必要性。本文从24VDC控制电源预防性维修大纲的优化、备品备件库存保养以及增加冗余设计等方面着手,提出相应的措施和对策,有效提高了燃料操作系统24VDC控制电源的运行可靠性。同时针对系统现存的问题,提出改善盘柜通风和简化设计等后续改进建议,以进一步保证机组安全稳定运行。
In CANDU 6 fuel handling system,the 24 VDC control power supply is divided into common bus,auto bus,and manual bus.If the 24 VDC power supply failure occurs,all devices will lose design functions,and lose the emergency spray cooling of spent fuel,result in D2 O leakage and loss of spent fuel cooling,whose consequence may be severe.The failure effect and failure mode analysis of the 24 VDC control power supply are presented in this article.This article focuses on the reliability of the 24 VDC power supply,because the electrolytic capacitor,fuse,relay in power supply unit are affected by environment factors,and are easily caused aging of these components.In this paper,the hazard of loss of power supply in three refueling conditions is analyzed,the necessity to improve the reliability of the power supply is put forward.Based on the optimization of the preventive maintenance program,management and storage of spare parts,improvement of redundant devices,the paper puts forward precautions and solutions,which effectively improves the reliability of the 24 V DC control power supply of the fuel handling system.In addition,for the existing problems of the system,some suggestions are put forward to improve the ventilation of the tray and simplify the design,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
