核电机组大修中长期规划策略研究

Study on Medium and Long Term Outage Plan Strategy of Nuclear Power Plants

核电机组大修中长期规划的制定对核电企业大修业绩和经营业绩的提升有着重要的指导意义。本文结合中核核电运行管理有限公司(以下简称"中核运行")9台机组的大修规划实践,介绍了大修规划制定的流程,对大修策略的选择、大修类型的确定、大修重点项目的识别与规划、大修工期的预测和大修的分布安排等方面进行了详细的分析,研究建立科学、合理的大修中长期规划的方法。

Establishment of medium-and long-term outage plan plays an important role of guidance for the production management and outage performance in nuclear power plants.Based on the outage practice of CNNC,this paper introduces the process of outage plan-making,analyses the method for choosing outage strategy,confirming outage type,identifying and arranging key projects,predicting outage duration,and arranging outage distribution,which make the outage plan scientific and reasonable.
