中华人民共和国成立以来,中国外交特别是东北亚外交已经走过70年的风雨历程。回顾这段历史不难发现,中国外交与共和国的发展和国际地位的提高息息相关。作为东北亚主要国家,我国在处理对外关系,建立和发展同周边各国友好合作关系的过程中,眼界视野逐渐开阔,战略格局不断提升,方式手段日益丰富,成果贡献日益显著。中国外交特别是东北亚外交70年,见证了我国国力增强、国际地位不断上升、从地区大国逐渐成长为世界大国、为东亚和世界的和平与发展不断做出贡献的历史过程。

Author's Note:Since the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC), China's diplomacy, especially that of Northeast Asia, has undergone 70 years of ups and down. Looking back on the history, it is not difficult to find that China's diplomacy is closely linked to the development of the country and the improvement of its international status. As a major power in East Asia, in the process of (dealing with foreign affairs and developing friendly and cooperative relations with neighboring countries ,China gradually broadens its horizons, improves its strategic pattern,promote itsways of diplomacy and makesmore contribution. China's diplomacy, especially that of Northeast Asia, has witnessed the historical process of the rise of China's national strength and its international status, which is gradually growing from a regional power to a world power and contributing to peace and development in East Asia and theworld.
