摘要
锌离子在人体各种生理活动中起重要作用,锌离子在体内的平衡稳态使其可以发挥相应的作用而不引起毒性效应,锌转运蛋白是调控锌离子稳态的主要因子,锌转运蛋白可分成两大类:SLC30/ZnTs和SLC39/ZIPs。锌转运体水平与肿瘤进展有一定联系,在消化系统肿瘤中存在ZIP家族的异常表达,其中ZIP3、ZIP4、ZIP6的异常表达与胰腺癌有关,ZIP5、ZIP6的高表达与食管鳞状细胞癌有关,ZIP7的高表达与结直肠癌有关,ZIP4、ZIP6、ZIP14的异常表达与肝癌有关。但关于ZIPs在胃癌、胆管肿瘤发生发展中的作用尚不明确,ZIP家族通过对锌离子的调节影响消化道肿瘤发生、发展的作用机制仍有待进一步研究。
Zinc plays an important role in various physiological activities of the human body. The equilibrium state of zinc in the body makes it play a corresponding role without causing toxic effects. Zinc transport protein is the main factor regulating zinc homeostasis,and zinc transporter can be divided into two categories: SLC30/Zn Ts has no Chinese and SLC39/ZIPs. The level of zinc transporter is related to tumor progression. The abnormal expression of ZIP family exists in digestive system tumors. The abnormal expression of ZIP3,ZIP4 and ZIP6 is related to pancreatic cancer. The high expression of ZIP5 and ZIP6 is related to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The high expression of ZIP7 is related to colorectal cancer,and the abnormal expression of ZIP4,ZIP6 and ZIP14 is related to liver cancer. However,the role of ZIPs in the development of gastric cancer and cholangiocarcinoma is still unclear. The mechanism of the ZIP family affecting the development of gastrointestinal tumors through the regulation of zinc remains to be further studied.
