摘要
枸橼酸舒芬太尼是人工合成的新型阿片类镇痛药,与芬太尼相比,舒芬太尼具有分布容积小、消除半衰期短和清除率高、镇痛时间长等特点,在临床中被广泛应用。在实施人工流产手术过程中,全身静脉麻醉优于吸入麻醉和局部麻醉,且无痛人工流产术的麻醉主要以丙泊酚等短效静脉麻醉药为主,辅以少量、强效的阿片类药物的静脉全身麻醉,结合脑电双频指数和靶控输注反馈系统或许是今后人工流产手术麻醉的发展方向。
Sufentanil citrate is a new type of artificial opioid analgesic. Compared with fentanyl,sufentanil has the features of small distribution volume,short elimination half-life,high clearance rate and long analgesic time,therefore has been widely used in clinical practice. During artificial abortion surgery,systemic intravenous anesthesia is better than inhalation anesthesia and local anesthesia,and anesthesia of painless artificial abortion is mainly based on short-acting intravenous anesthetics such as propofol,supplemented by a small amount of intravenous general anesthesia with potent opioids,combined with bispectral index and target-controlled infusion feedback system,which may be the future direction of anesthesia for artificial abortion surgery.
