台湾休闲农业的成功经验及其对大陆的启示

Successful Experience of Taiwan’s Leisure Agriculture and Its Enlightenment to China's Mainland

【目的/意义】台湾的休闲农业经过长期探索取得了一定的成果,在大陆大力推进乡村振兴战略和实现农业转型的大背景下,借鉴台湾休闲农业的成功经验,为实现大陆休闲农业的规范、可持续发展,带动农业产业结构的转型提供借鉴。【方法/过程】运用文献研究法和案例分析法,梳理台湾休闲农业的主要发展阶段的特征,归纳台湾休闲农业的类型,总结其主要的运营和发展模式,从政府规划、规模建设、特色保持、民间组织等方面分析台湾休闲农业的发展特点。【结果/结论】大陆在发展休闲农业的同时,应从加强休闲农业的整体规划和布局、建立健全法制规范、鼓励民间组织参与、扩展休闲农业产业链、打造品牌优势等方面,结合具体的实际情况和优势,实现休闲农业的可持续发展。

【Objective/Meaning】Taiwan's leisure agriculture has achieved certain results through long-term exploration.Under the background of the strategy of vigorously promoting rural revitalization and realizing agricultural transformation in China's Mainland,the successful experience of Taiwan's leisure agriculture can provide reference for realizing the standardized and sustainable development of leisure agriculture in China's Mainland and driving the transformation of agricultural industrial structure.【Methods/Procedures】The methods of literature research and case analysis were used to sort out the characteristics of the main development stages of leisure agriculture in Taiwan and sum up the types of leisure agriculture in Taiwan.Then,the main operation and development modes were summarized,and the development characteristics of leisure agriculture in Taiwan were analyzed from the aspects of government planning,scale construction,characteristic maintenance and non-governmental organization.【Results/Conclusions】While developing the leisure agriculture in China's Mainland,in consideration of the specific situation and advantages,the sustainable development of leisure agriculture in China's Mainland should be realized by strengthening the overall planning and layout of leisure agriculture,establishing and perfecting the legal system,encouraging the participation of non-governmental organizations,expanding the industrial chain of leisure agriculture and building the brand advantages.
