“互联网+”背景下新疆基层卫生专业技术人员进修规范化管理实践

目的探索如何在互联网技术迅速发展的新形势下做好三级甲等综合教学型医院基层卫生专业进修人员的规范化管理工作。方法通过以往工作经验总结,充分利用互联网技术,建立基层卫生专业进修人员网络信息管理系统平台,以期达到对基层卫生专业进修人员的规范化管理。结果基层卫生专业进修人员的管理效率得以提升,实现了无纸化办公,做到了派遣单位、培训单位、行政管理部门与临床科室的无缝对接,达到了规范化管理的目的。结论"互联网+"思维在日常管理工作中的运用,有助于提高管理效率,推进卫生健康管理事业的快速发展。

Objective To explore how to do a good job in the standardized management of health professional training personnel in teaching hospital under the new situation of rapid development of internet technology.Methods By summarizing the previous work experience and making full use of internet technology,the network information management system platform of grassroots health professionals was established in order to achieve the standardized management of grassroots health professionals.Results The management efficiency of grassroots health professional training personnel was improved,and the paperless office,dispatching units,training units,administrative departments and clinical departments were seamlessly connected,achieving the goal of standardized management.Conclusion The application of"Internet+"thinking in daily management is helpful to improve management efficiency and promote the rapid development of health management.
