摘要
卓越医师培养计划是我国医学教育改革的重要组成部分,其核心思想也带来了教学模式的创新,岗位胜任力是其核心要素之一。作者选取口腔医学难学、难教的口腔正畸学专业,基于口腔医学本科生认知规律特点,综合运用MOOC教学、案例教学、开放实验、虚拟仿真等方式进行本科教学的探索,取得了较好效果。
Excellent physician education and training programme is an important component in the reform of medical education,which brings new patterns to teaching model.Post competency is one of the core elements.We chose orthodontics,the most difficultly taught and unique subject as the object of study.Based on the cognitive rules of stomatology graduate students,we systemically use multiple teaching methods,such as MOOC,Case-based Learning,opening experiment teaching and virtual techniques.The teaching model proved to be successful in enhancing the teaching effect and promoting the teaching reform and practice.
