医学院校辅修教育调查分析与发展策略研究 ——以广西医科大学辅修英语专业本科为例

Investigation of Minor Specialities in Medical Colleges and Universities and Research on Development Strategies:Taking Undergraduate English Minor of Guangxi Medical University as an Example

基于社会对复合型高等医学人才的需求,医学院校辅修专业具有良好的发展前景。广西医科大学辅修英语专业整合医学和人文学科优势资源,旨在提升医学生综合素质和核心竞争力,取得了一定的成果,但现阶段仍存在一些亟待改进的地方。应以调研数据为基础,剖析问题根源,从课程设置、教学模式及管理机制等方面提出应对策略,完善辅修专业建设,促进医学生的多元化发展,适应科技和社会进步的需要。

Based on the social demand for compound medical talents,the minor specialities in medical colleges and universities have good prospects of development.The English minor of Guangxi Medical University integrates advantageous resources of medicine and humanities,aiming at improving the comprehensive quality and core competitiveness of medical students,and has achieved some success.However,at this stage,there are still some problems that need to be improved.The root causes of these problems should be analyzed through the research based on survey data,and the countermeasures would be put forward from the aspects of curriculum,teaching mode and management mechanism,in order to improve the construction of minor specialties,promote the diversified development of medical students and meet the needs of scientific and social progress.
