微信群互动模式在住院医师规范化培训中的应用及评价

Application and Evaluation of WeChat Group Interaction Model in Standardized Training for Residents

提高住院医师的规范化培训质量是临床医学人才培养的关键,本文评价了微信学习互动群在肾病内科住院医师规范化培训中的积极作用。通过建立微信群,加入肾病内科规培的学员103人,定期在群中学习讨论。学员出科时通过考核和问卷调查评价微信群的作用,并与往年非微信群学员的成绩进行比较。发现参与微信群学习讨论的学员成绩高于非参与组差异有统计学意义,问卷调查结果规培学员及带教教师对微信学习群满意度高。我们得出结论:微信群是一种快捷、高效、实用的住院医师规范化培训和管理方式。

Improving the quality of standardized training for resident doctors is the key point to clinical medical personnel training.We established the WeChat group to recruit 103 standardized training residents and study on a regular basis.After training we used test and questionnaire survey to evaluate the effect of WeChat training.The results showed that the score of WeChat training group is significant higher than non-WeChat group.Most training residents and teachers are satisfied with the way of WeChat group learning.So WeChat learning group is convenient,efficient and practical way to train and manage the resident doctors.
