干旱胁迫下外源ABA和H2O2对非洲紫罗兰抗旱性影响 被引量:6

摘要 探讨干旱胁迫下不同浓度的外源脱落酸和过氧化氢对非洲紫罗兰( Saintpaulia ionantha Wendl)旱性的影响。采用盆栽控水的试验方法,当土壤含水量为50%~10%时外施不同浓度的ABA和H 2O 2测定其相对含水量、过氧化氢酶活性、脯氨酸质量分数、叶绿素质量分数、可溶性糖质量分数、可溶性蛋白质质量分数等指标。当土壤含水量为20%~10%时,外施300 μmol/L ABA和500 μmol/L H 2O 2时可使植株保持较高的相对含水量、过氧化氢酶活性、脯氨酸质量分数、叶绿素质量分数;外施500 μmol/L H 2O 2还可提高可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质质量分数。干旱胁迫条件下外源ABA和H 2O 2对提高非洲紫罗兰抗旱性呈明显的剂量效应,当浓度适宜时可有效提高其抗旱性。 The experiment was conducted to explore the effects of water stress on exogenous ABA and exogenous H2O2 in different concentrations Saintpaulia ionantha Wendl under drought resistance. By potted water control, different concents of ABA and H 2O 2 were applied externally to determine the relative water content, catalase activity, and contents of proline, chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein. When the soil water content was 50%-10%, external application of 300 μmol/L ABA and 500 μmol/L H2O2 maintained high relative water content, catalase activity, proline content and chlorophyll content. When the soil water content was 20%-10%. External application of 500 μmol/L H 2O 2 increased the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein. Under water stress, exogenous ABA and H 2O 2 had obvious dose effect on drought resistance of African violet. When the content is appropriate, the drought resistance can be effectively improved.
