基于变频电源的三相不平衡治理方案研究

摘要 提出了一种基于变频电源的自动治理电网中三相不平衡的方法,介绍了方案的实施思路以及变频电源的设计方法和低压配电网总控制中心的实现方案。当电网中出现三相不平衡时,总控制中心发送换相指令,变频电源接收指令执行换相,且在换相过程中不影响负载的正常工作,能够有效地从根本上解决电网中的三相不平衡问题。通过建立以变频电源为核心的低压侧换相的基本模型,借助MATLAB对换相过程的合理性进行仿真分析,最后通过实验验证了以变频电源为核心的三相不平衡治理方案的可行性。 A method for control of three-phase unbalanced load based on variable frequency power was proposed in this paper.The general idea was introduced firstly, and then the implementation of the scheme and the design method of variable frequency power supply and the realization scheme of the master control center at the side of low-voltage distribution network was described in details. When three-phase unbalance occurs in the power grid, the general control center sends phase-changing instructions,and the inverter power supply receives instructions to perform phase-changing, and the normal work of the load is not affected in the phase-changing process, which can effectively solve the problem of three-phase unbalance in the power grid. By setting up the basic model of low-voltage side commutation with variable frequency power as the core, the rationality of the commutation process is simulated and analyzed by MATLAB, and finally the feasibility of three-phase unbalanced control scheme with frequency conversion power as the core is verified by experiments.
