现有《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》溯源分析研究（待续）

The Traceability Analysis and Research on the Present Strength Design and Test Accreditation Specification for Rolling Stock(To Be Continued)

在1978版和1996版TB1335《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》制修订背景溯源基础上,对其在涵盖范围、载荷工况、试验方法、评定准则等方面的不适应性进行了研究;阐述了《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》与标准体系中相关标准之间的关系;基于中国铁路车辆目前现状和未来发展,提出了修订标准应关注的关键技术问题及建议。

On the basis of the traceability of drawing up and revision of TB/T 1335 Strength Design and Test Accreditation Specification for Rolling Stock of 1978 edition and 1 996 edition,research is made onthe inapplicability of it in such aspects as scope,load cases,test method and assessment criterion,the relations between Strength Design and Test Accreditation Specification for Rolling Stock and relevant standards in the standard system are expounded.On the basis of the development of China railway vehicles at present and in the future,the key technical points to which attention shall be paid and suggestions in revision of the standard are given out.
