西藏旅游产业与经济发展的耦合协调度分析

Analysis of Coupling Coordination Degree between Tourism Industry and Economic Development in Tibet

以西藏为研究对象,构建了旅游产业与区域经济耦合协调发展的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,测算了2001~2015年西藏旅游产业与经济发展的综合评价值和耦合协调度,并对测算结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:西藏旅游产业与区域经济在研究期内均取得了较快的发展,两系统存在显著的耦合互动发展关系,耦合协调度也呈现出持续快速上升的趋势;从时序的动态演变上看,2001~2011年西藏旅游产业与经济发展处于失调阶段,2012~2015年进入协调阶段;虽然15年来西藏旅游产业与经济发展的耦合协调发展水平不断提高,但两者的耦合协调水平仍然偏低,整体上看,西藏旅游产业的发展未能有效带动相关产业经济的发展。

Taking Tibet as the research object, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the coupling coordination development between tourism industry and regional economy.By using the coupling coordination model, the comprehensive evaluation value and coupling coordination degree of tourism industry and economic development in Tibet from 2001 to 2015 are calculated, and the results are compared and analyzed.The results show that Tibet's tourism industry and economy have made rapid development during the study period, and coupling interaction effects of two systems are obvious, and the coupling coordination degree between them is also increasing year by year.From the dynamic evolution of timing point of view,the state of coordinated development between tourism industry and regional economy in Tibet disorders from 2001 to 2011, and translates to a coordinating stage from 2012 to 2015.Although the level of coupling coordination development between Tibet's tourism industry and economic development has been improving continuously in the past 15 years, the level of coupling coordination between the two systems is still on the low side.On the whole, the development of Tibet's tourism industry has not effectively promoted the development of related economy, and restricts the development of Tibet's economy to a certain extent.
