Building’s thermal environment is of a significant impact on our safety, health, and comfort. It is therefore essential to understand the relationship between the thermal environment and physiological responses for the thermal environment design of daily activity places and reducing the risk of accidents and promoting a healthy life. In this study, experiments were made on fundamental daily activities of sitting, standing, walking, bathing, and sleeping, and based on the measured results, a human thermal model combined with a cardiovascular model was proposed and validated. The model can be applied to predict and estimate the thermo-physiological changes, including blood pressure changes.
