摘要
目的:研制一种新型快速体检设备,解决从事特殊职业人群进行基本生理参数测量和身体状况评价的效率较低以及体检信息管理不方便等问题。方法:该设备由1台主机、10个体检终端、1个交换机等组成。主机软件系统采用客户机/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构,使用SQL Server数据库开发底层,使用VS.net开发应用层。体检终端机采用以三星S3C2440为核心的嵌入式系统,集成问询和体温、脉搏、血压以及心理量表、心率变异性、闪光融合频率等指标测量功能。结果:该设备可满足10人同时独立检测,单人完成问询和血压、脉搏及体温检测可以控制在8 min内,体检医生可以使用该设备有效组织和进行体检任务。结论:该设备达到了预期目的,能有效辅助医生快速了解体检者的身体状况,显著提高了体检效率。
Objective To develop a new rapid physical examination equipment to eliminate the problems in vital signs detection, physical status evaluation and physical examination information management for the special vocational employee. Methods The equipment was composed of a host computer, 10 physical examination terminals, a switchboard and etc. The host computer adopted Client/Server architecture, which used SQL Server to implement the underlying component and VS.net to realize the application layers. The terminals applied the embedded system with Samsung S3C2440 as the core unit, which had the functions of inquiry as well as index detection for body temperature, pulse, blood pressure, mental scale, heart rate variability, filcker fusion frequency and etc. Results The equipment developed could finish independent examination of ten persons simultaneously, which completed inquiry as well as detection of blood pressure, pulse and body temperature of one person in 8 minutes. Conclusion The equipment developed meets the desired requirements, facilitates the doctor master the examinee's status quickly and enhances the efficiency of physical examination.
