摘要
目的:探讨一种用于选择高值医用耗材管理软件的评价方法。方法:采用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和模糊综合评价法(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,FCE)相结合的评价方法对高值医用耗材管理软件进行评价,并应用yaahp软件进行辅助分析。结果:经过实例验证,AHP和FCE相结合的评价方法客观、全面且有效,能够解决高值医用耗材管理软件选择过程中存在的主观性与片面性等问题。结论:AHP和FCE相结合的评价方法可为医院选择合适的高值医用耗材管理软件提供有力的保证。
Objective To explore an evaluation method used for the selection of high-value medical consumables manage-ment software. Methods The high-value medical consumables management software was assessed by combined AHP and FCE, and auxiliary analysis was executed with yaahp software. Results Trials proved that the method combining AHP and FCE solved the problems due to subjectivity and onesideness during the selection of high-value medical consumables management software. Conclusion The method combining AHP and FCE contributes to the selection of high-value medical consumables management software.
