Purchasing management of hospital in vitro diagnostic reagents based on risk control

目的:解决医院体外诊断试剂采购管理中存在的问题,加强体外诊断试剂的风险控制。方法:分析医院体外诊断试剂管理现状,针对采购管理中存在的薄弱环节,提出规范采购流程,从供应商资质管理、出入库管理以及冷链管理等方面做好风险控制。结果:明确了体外诊断试剂采购环节中部门职责,优化了采购管理流程,提高了管理效益。结论:基于风险控制的采购管理模式,有利于提高体外诊断试剂的管理水平,可为同类医院提供参考。

Objective To solve the problems in the procurement management of in vitro diagnostic reagents in the hospital and strengthen the risk control of in vitro reagents. Methods The status quo of the hospital in vitro diagnostic reagent management was analyzed, and the weak links were pointed out in procurement management, then some suggestions were proposed including standardizing purchasing procedure and executing risk control from the aspects of vendor certification, warehouse -in and -out management, cold-chain management and etc. Results The departmental responsibilities were identified in the procurement process of in vitro diagnostic reagents, the procurement management process was optimized, and the management efficacy was enhanced significantly. Conclusion The purchasing management based on risk control contributes to improving the procurement management of in vitro diagnostic reagents and providing references to other hospitals.
