摘要
消失模白模直接与金属液接触,并参与热量、质量、动量传输和复杂的化学、物理反应,是影响铸件质量的关键。通过分析铸件表面增碳缺陷和皱皮缺陷的成因、模样材料选择以及模样密度的影响,总结了近年来该领域关于消失模表面质量的研究状况,对比了常见几种模样材料对碳缺陷的影响,简述了不同珠粒密度对碳缺陷的影响,并展望了未来消失模表面质量的研究方向。
The foam pattern directly contacts with the metal liquid and participates in the heat,mass,momentum transmission and complex chemical and physical reactions,which is the key link affecting the casting quality.In this paper,the causes of carbon defects on casting surface,the selection of foam material and the influence of foam density are analyzed,the research status of the surface quality of lost foam casting in recent years is summarized,the influence of several common shape materials on carbon defects is compared,the influence of different bead density on carbon defects is briefly introduced,and the research direction of the surface quality of lost foam casting in the future is discussed.
