摘要
对GCr15轴承钢在区间温度200℃~800℃实施淬回火试验,并运用AdvantEdge FEM切削仿真软件,通过改变切削参数的方法,对不同回火温度下的GCr15轴承钢进行切削过程模拟研究。结果表明:随着回火温度提高,GCr15轴承钢的硬度、强度都下降明显,塑性和冲击韧性呈上升趋势;淬回火工艺对轴承钢GCr15切削加工性能的改善明显,切削力和切削温度大幅降低;回火温度为700℃时的轴承钢具有较优的切削性能。
The quenching and tempering test of GCr15 bearing steel is carried out at an interval temperature of 200℃~ 800℃.The cutting process of GCr15 bearing steel at different tempering temperatures is simulated by using the cutting simulation software AdvantEdge FEM,by changing the cutting parameters.The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature,the hardness and strength of GCr15 bearing steel decrease obviously,and the plasticity and impact toughness increase.The cutting performance of bearing steel GCr15 is improved obviously by quenching and tempering process,the cutting force and cutting temperature are greatly reduced,and the bearing steel with tempering temperature of 700℃ is obtained,it has better cutting performance.
