螺距与槽深对螺旋槽渗透性能影响的数值分析

摘要 利用Fluent和Result软件进行管内流动数值研究,探究螺旋槽纹管的螺距与槽深对螺旋槽渗透性的影响。当其他条件不变的时,螺旋槽纹管的渗透性能一般是光管的1.6~2.3倍,对于同一款螺旋槽纹管,流量越大,即雷诺数越大,流体越能渗透到槽里,槽速度边界层越薄,螺旋槽渗透性越好,螺距越大,槽深越小,螺旋槽渗透性越受到雷诺数的影响。在小雷诺数范围内,小螺距、大槽深占有优势;在大雷诺数范围内,大螺距、小槽深占有优势。槽速度梯度渗透数 K grad 随雷诺数的增大先略微减小,并在增大至极大值后减少。槽深越小,取得槽速度梯度渗透数极大值所对应的雷诺数越大,且峰值螺旋槽渗透性越大。 Based on Fluent and Result software,numerical study of flow in pipe is carried out to explore the influence of pitch and groove depth of spirally grooved pipe on the permeability of spirally grooved pipe.When other conditions remain unchanged,the permeability of spiral grooved bellows is generally 1.6~2.3 times that of smooth tubes.For the same spiral grooved bellows,the larger the flow rate,that is,the larger the Reynolds number,the more fluid can penetrate into the grooves,the thinner the boundary layer of groove velocity,the better the permeability of spiral grooves.When other conditions remain unchanged,the bigger the pitch is,the smaller the groove depth is,and the more the permeability of the spiral groove is affected by Reynolds number.In the range of small Reynolds number,small pitch and large groove depth are dominant;in the range of large Reynolds number,large pitch and small groove depth are dominant.With the increase of Reynolds number,the permeability of the velocity gradient first decreases slightly,then increases to the maximum and then decreases.The smaller the groove depth is,the larger the Reynolds number corresponding to the maximum permeability of the velocity gradient of the groove is,and the greater the permeability of the peak spiral groove is.
