摘要
K465材料是一种合金化程度高、具有高热强性的镍基铸造高温合金,可在1000℃~1050℃高温状态长时间工作,能满足航空航天领域对材料承温能力的要求。目前对K465材料的铸造工艺和热处理工艺的研究较多,而对其切削加工性能的研究较少。针对K465铸造高温合金材料,探讨了其切削加工性能,进行了刀具匹配性选择,通过铣削试验研究了铣削参数对刀具寿命的影响规律,总结优化了铣削参数和切削加工路径,为K465铸造高温合金材料的高效高质加工提供了理论基础。
K465 nickel-base cast superalloy has higher alloying degree and heat-resisting strength.It can work continuously at 1000℃~1050℃,and meet the requirement of high temperature performance in aerospace field.Now the researches on the casting wages and heat treatment process are abundant,but on the cutting performance are lacking.Therefore,the study discusses the cutting performance of K465 nickel-base cast superalloy and the adaptation of the cutting tool.Then the milling experiments are taken out,and the influence of milling parameters on the tool life are analyzed.At last,the milling parameters and cutting path are optimized.This study offers the theoretical support for the high-efficiency and high-quality machine of K465 cast superalloy.
