摘要
通过研究包络法立铣刀螺旋槽数控加工模拟,完成了包络法立铣刀螺旋槽数控加工3D模拟技术。为实现立铣刀3D数据模型并最终提高立铣刀螺旋槽数控加工质量、加工效率及降低加工成本奠定了基础。
With the study of the simulation technology for NC machining end-milling cutter flutes with envelope method,the 3D simulation technology of NC machining end-milling cutter flutes with envelope method is realized,which lays a foundation for building the 3D mathematic models of end-milling cutters and finally enhancing the quality and efficiency of NC machining end-milling cutter flutes and reducing the machining cost.
