摘要
为找出再生沥青潜在的最佳愈合温度和愈合时间,利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)以时间扫描模式进行疲劳-愈合-疲劳循环加载试验,分析了70#基质沥青不同老化程度后的再生沥青以及添加不同再生剂的再生沥青愈合温度、愈合时间与愈合程度的关系,以90%的愈合程度所对应的温度作为最佳愈合温度,并在最佳愈合温度条件下,选取愈合程度为90%所对应的时间作为最佳愈合时间。结果表明:再生沥青的自愈合性能随愈合温度的提升、愈合时间的延长而提高;70#R85、70#R170、70#P 3种老化沥青再生后的最佳愈合温度分别为47.7、54.6、60.8℃,对应最佳愈合时间分别为25.3、27.5、26.6 min;添加70#基质沥青、RA-2型再生剂、H100型再生剂的70#R170老化沥青经再生后最佳愈合温度分别为55.6、54.6、49.6℃,对应最佳愈合时间分别为32.2、26.6、21.2 min。
In order to find out the potential optimal healing temperature and healing time of recycled asphalt,the fatiguehealing-fatigue cyclic loading test was carried out by time-sweep mode of dynamic shear rheometer( DSR). The relationship between healing temperature,healing time and healing degree of 70# base asphalt regenerated asphalt after different aging degrees and those of the regenerated asphalt with different regenerants was analyzed. The optimal healing temperature was the temperature corresponding to 90% healing degree,and the time corresponding to 90% healing degree was chosen as the optimal healing time under the optimal healing temperature. The results show that the self-healing performance of regenerated asphalt increases with the increase of healing temperature and healing time. The optimal healing temperatures of 70#R85,70#R170 and 70#P aged asphalt after regeneration are 47.7,54.6 and 60.8 ℃ respectively,and the corresponding optimal healing time was 25.3,27.5 and 26.6 min respectively. The optimal healing temperatures of 70# R170 aged asphalt added with 70# base asphalt,RA-2 regenerant,and H100 regenerant after regeneration are 55.6,54.6 and 49.6 ℃ respectively,and the corresponding optimal healing time is 32.2,26.6 and 21.2 min respectively.
