日粮中添加枣粉和发酵枣粉对母猪生产性能、血浆生化指标及粪便的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Jujube Powder and Fermented Jujube Powder on Production Performance, Plasma Biochemical Index and Feces in Sows

摘要 试验旨在探讨枣粉和发酵枣粉对母猪生产性能、血浆生化指标、初乳中免疫球蛋白含量及母猪便秘情况的影响。选取27头85d(长白×大白)二元妊娠母猪,随机分为对照组、枣粉组和发酵枣粉组,每组9头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,枣粉组饲喂基础日粮+4%枣粉,发酵枣粉饲喂基础日粮+4%发酵枣粉。试验至泌乳期14d结束,共45d。结果表明,日粮中添加枣粉可显著降低母猪妊娠109d血浆尿素氮和甘油三酯的含量(P<0.05);日粮中添加发酵枣粉可显著提高断奶仔猪数和7日龄仔猪窝重(P<0.05),降低母猪妊娠109d血浆尿素氮含量(P<0.05)。此外,添加发酵枣粉可显著改善母猪产前6天便秘情况。结果表明,日粮中添加枣粉或发酵枣粉均可改善母猪氮代谢,此外添加发酵枣粉还可改善母猪便秘和提高母猪生产性能。 The aim of this study wa to investigate the effects of regular jujube powder and fermented jujube powder on production performance,plasma biochemical parameters,immunoglobulin in colostrum and constipation of sows.Twenty-seven (Landrace × Yorkshire) gestation sows were randomly allocated into control group,jujube powder group and fermented jujube powder group,with 9 pigs in each group.The control group was fed basal diet,the jujube powder group was fed basal diet supplemented with 4% jujube powder,and the fermented jujube powder group was fed basal diet supplemented with 4% fermented jujube powder.The trial period was from day 85 of gestation to day 14 of lactation,lasting approximately 45 days.The results showed that supplementation of the jujube powder significantly reduced the levels of plasma urea nitrogen and triglyceride in sows compared with the control group( P <0.05).In comparison with the control group,fermented jujube powder significantly increased the number of weaned piglets ( P <0.05) and litter weight on the day 7 of lactation( P <0.05),reduced the levels of plasma urea nitrogen in sows.In addition,the fermented jujube powder supplementation significantly improved fecal scores on day 108 of gestation ( P <0.05),relieved constipation of sows compared with sows in the control group.This study showed that supplementation with jujube powder or fermented jujube powder in diet could improve the metabolism of nitrogen during pregnancy.Moreover,supplementation with fermented jujube powder in diet could also improve the production performance and constipation of sows.
