杨梅素抗神经系统疾病相关药理作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 杨梅素是杨梅等多种植物中广泛存在的黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抗感染、抗氧化、免疫调节、降糖降脂及抗肿瘤等多种生物学活性。近年来,杨梅素在神经系统疾病方面的生物学作用越来越受到人们的关注。本文综述了近10年来国内外有关杨梅素药理活性的研究文献,显示杨梅素具有保护神经损伤、脑损伤,逆转神经退行性病变包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森氏症及亨廷顿氏病,镇痛以及治疗多发性硬化症等多种生物学功能。本文论述了杨梅素保护神经方面的药理作用及相关分子机制,为其在治疗神经系统疾病中的开发应用提供参考。 Myricetin is a kind of flavonoids widely existing in Myrica rubra and many other plants.Myricetin has lots of biological functions,such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,immunosuppressive,reducing blood sugar and lipid and anti-tumor.In recent years,people pay more attention to the biological activities of myricetin in nervous system diseases.This paper reviews the literature on the pharmacological activities of myricetin in recent 10 years at home and abroad.We found that myricetin has biological activities such as protecting nerve and brain injury,reversing neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer′s disease,Parkinson′s disease and Huntington′s disease,analgesic and Multiple sclerosis.In this paper,the biological activities and its related molecular mechanism of myricetin in nervous system diseases were discussed,in order to provide evidences for itsdevelopment and application in nervous system diseases.
