摘要
目的 建立清宣止咳颗粒剂药材挥发油的指纹图谱,分析其中的主要化学成分,并归纳主要成分质谱裂解规律,为清宣止咳颗粒剂药材挥发油的质量控制奠定研究基础。方法 通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取清宣止咳颗粒药材的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)和人工检索分析主要化学成分和相对含量。结果从清宣止咳颗粒药材挥发油中鉴定出24种成分,其中D-柠檬烯、γ-萜品烯、L-薄荷酮和薄荷醇是主要成分,占挥发油总量的98%以上。根据质谱数据,推测了L-薄荷酮、薄荷醇、D-柠檬烯、γ-萜品烯的裂解规律。结论 用GC-MS法分析清宣止咳颗粒剂挥发油的主要化学成分能更准确地评价其质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint of QingXuan ZhiKe Granules volatile oil,analyze the main chemical constituents,and speculate the mass frag-mentation of the main components,which provides a foundation for the quality control of the volatile oil. METHODS The volatile oil of the medicinal granules was extracted by water vapor distillation,and the main chemical constituents and relative contents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).According to mass spectrometry data,the cracking regulations of L-Menthol,Menthol,D-lemon and gamma-terpene products was inferred . RESULTS 24 kinds of components were identified from the volatile oil of the QingXuan ZhiKe granules,accounting for more than 98% of the total volatile oil. CONCLUSION The main chemical constituents of the volatile oil were analyzed by using the method,and its quality could be evaluated more accurately.
