几种抗菌药对肠道菌体外抑菌作用的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的 找出几类胃肠道感染药中效果最佳的药品。方法 用纸片扩散法测定。抗菌药以红霉素、诺氟沙星、庆大霉素、盐酸小檗碱为代表;肠道菌以乙型副伤寒沙门菌、大肠埃希菌为代表;四种肠道抗菌药在含有两种菌株的胰酪大豆胨琼脂培养基平板(TSA)平板抑菌圈的大小。结果 药液同浓度(5μg·mL^-1),菌液数量相同(10^7cfu)时,在大肠埃希菌在胰酪大豆胨琼脂培养基(TSA)平板抑菌圈情况:庆大霉素>诺氟沙星>盐酸小檗碱>红霉素;在沙门菌TSA平板抑菌圈情况同上(庆大霉素>诺氟沙星>盐酸小檗碱>红霉素);前者直径均大于后者。结论给药途径、毒副作用和耐药性等因素综合考虑,肠道菌感染时可优先选择诺氟沙星。 OBJECTIVE To find out one of the most effective anti gastrointe stinal infection drugs. METHODS It is carried out by Kirby-Bauer test method.Antibacterials are represented by Erythromycin,Nofloxacin,Gentamycin and Berberine Hydrochloride.Enteric bacteria are represented by Escherichia coli and Salmonella paratyphi B.Compare the inhibition zone size of four drugs on two TSA bacteria plates. RESULTS It is that Gentamycin>Nofloxacin>Berberine Hydrochloride>Erythromycin in TSA of Escherichia coli at the same concentration and number (10^7cfu)of strains.The bacteriostasis of Salmonella is in the same way(Gentamycin>Nofloxacin>Berberine Hydrochloride>Erythromycin).The diameter of the former is greater than of the latter. CONCLUSION Considering the comprehensive factors of drug delivery,side effects and drug resistance,Nofloxacin is preferred when Intestinal bacteria infect.
