摘要 目的 降低输液中胶塞碎屑的发生率,减少医疗纠纷,保证输液安全。方法 采用PDCA循环管理法,对输液中产生胶塞碎屑的原因进行深入分析,设定目标,制定相应防范措施,逐步改进。结果 通过1年时间的持续改进,杜绝了输液胶塞碎屑相关的外部差错,相关内部差错趋近于0。结论 PDCA循环管理能显著降低输液中的胶塞碎屑,提高输液质量,改善患者的就医体验,避免就医过程中的误解,避免医疗纠纷。 OBJECTIVE To reduce the incidence of debris of rubber stopper in infusion,reduce medical disputes,and ensure the safety of infusion. METHODS PDCA circular management method was used to analyze reasons for producing debris of rubber stopper in infusion,set targets,formulate corresponding preventive measures,and gradually improve. RESULTS Through 1 years of continuous improvement,external errors associated with infusion debris of rubber stopper had approached zero,and internal errors had been reduced almost to 0.CONCLUSION PDCA cycle can significantly reduce debris of rubber stopper in infusion,improve the quality of infusion,and eliminate related medical disputes.
