摘要
介绍了制得含茚满结构的聚酰亚胺(INPI)的方法,通过一系列实验和分析表征了所得INPI的结构与性能。分析结果表明:INPI在有机溶剂中具有良好的溶解性;在氮气氛围、升温速率为20K/min条件下,INPI材料5%热失重温度为449℃,10%热失重温度为505℃,700℃的残余质量分数为53%。
A method for producing polyimide cotaining indane structure was described.The structure and properties of polyimide with indane structure (INPI) were characterized by a series of experiments and analysis.The analysis results show that INPI has good solubility in organic solvents;in the nitrogen atmosphere with the heating rate of 20 K/min,the temperature of 5% weight loss of the INPI material is 449 ℃,the temperature of 10% weight loss is 505 ℃,and the residual mass fraction at 700 ℃ is 53%.
