摘要
建立一种快速便捷检验轿车车灯灯罩的方法。利用X射线荧光光谱仪,对30个轿车车灯灯罩样品进行检验分析,快速分析样品中所含元素的种类及含量,通过实时获得的元素信息,区分不同品牌、同一品牌不同系列的轿车车灯灯罩样品。
A fast and convenient method to inspect car lampshade is established.Using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to test and analyze 30 samples of car lampshades.The types and contents of elements in the samples are analyzed rapidly. The samples of car lampshades of different brands and different series of the same brand can be distinguished according to real-time information of elements.
