可用于光伏背板的PP/PBT/Talc共混物薄膜的制备及探讨

摘要 针对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材料存在着水汽透过率过高和耐水解能力差的缺点,通过聚丙烯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/滑石粉(PP/PBT/Talc)共混的方式制备得到一种薄膜材料应用于光伏制造业中的电池片背板,该材料具备了更加良好的电气绝缘性能,加强了背板对电池片的保护,保证了电池片的使用寿命。 There are two main issues about the polyethylene terephthalate(PET) material,the high water vapor transmittance and bad anti-hydrolysis ability.To overcome the weakness of the PET material,a new kind film is prepared by the polypropylene/polybutylene terephtalate/talcum powder(PP/PBT/Talc) compounding which can be applied in backsheet manufacturing in Photovoltaic industry.Meanwhile,the compounding film also possesses good electrical insulation.It can help improve the protection of backsheet for cells.The service life of cells would be extended.
