船用中速柴油机故障建模仿真研究

Research on fault modeling simulation of marine medium speed diesel engine

文章以某船用中速柴油机为研究对象,采用发动机仿真软件AVL-BOOST建立数学模型,完成柴油机工作过程数值计算,并在此模型基础上对中速柴油机常见故障进行模拟。从数值分析的角度解释故障现象,探索柴油机主要性能参数变化的规律,为故障诊断提供依据。

This paper takes a marine medium speed diesel engine as the research object,uses the engine simulation software AVL-BOOST to establish a mathematical model to complete the numerical calculation of diesel engine working process,and on the basis of this model,the diesel engine common faults are simulated. The fault phenomenon is explained from the angle of numerical analysis,and the law of main performance parameter changes of diesel engine is explored to provide basis for fault diagnosis.
