Orthodox and development of sandplay therapy

自Kalff创立箱庭疗法(sandplay therapy)以来,箱庭疗法因治疗师理论背景、主张不同,在发展创新中也面临着正统与否的质疑。母子一体性、自由受保护的空间、静默见证态度、个性化过程以及箱庭的配置与操作形式,都可视作Kalff箱庭疗法的正统标志。箱庭疗法最好的应用是将Kalff的基础主张、操作,与治疗师个人的人格紧密结合,以是否适应临床需求、有助于心灵治愈为标准,才能更好地推动该疗法获得新的发展。

Since sandplay therapy was originated by Dora M.Kalff,with its development and innovation,sandplay therapy has been meeting the doubt whether it is orthodox or not due to the different theoretical background and ideas of therapists.The“mother-child unity”,the“free and protected space”,the“silent witnessing”attitude,the individualization process,the equipment and the implementing can be regarded as the orthodox marks of Kalffian sandplay therapy,in the practice of sandplay therapy.The best application of sandplay therapy is that the therapists should combine Kalffian basic viewpoints with their personality,according to the standard for which the therapy meets the clinical needs and helps to heal psyche.Only in this way can we better promote the development of sandplay therapy.
