摘要
目的探索指导家长介入干预模式对孤独症幼儿社会性趋向的影响,为临床对孤独症幼儿早期干预提供有效的措施。方法对32例孤独症幼儿家长进行指导介入,收集指导介入前后家长与幼儿社交互动视频,对家长的互动策略和幼儿的社会性趋向行为进行编码分析。结果在指导家长介入后,孤独症幼儿家长的各项互动策略均较介入前有明显提高(P<0.01);孤独症幼儿的社会性视觉注视、互动行为和情感反应行为三个维度的社会性趋向行为均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论指导家长介入的干预模式能有效提升家长的互动策略,从而促进孤独症幼儿社会性趋向能力。
Objective To explore the influence of parents intervention model on social orienting of autistic infants and to provide effective measures for early intervention of infants with autism.Methods Thirty-two parents of autistic infants were given the guidance of intervention.The videos of social interaction between parents and infants before and after the intervention were collected.The parents interaction strategies and the infants social tendency behaviors were coded and analyzed.Results After the instruction of parental intervention,the interaction strategies of parents of autistic infants were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention(P<0.01).The social tendency behaviors of autistic infants in three dimensions,namely,social visual fixation,interactive behavior,and emotional response behavior,were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The intervention mode of guiding parents intervention can effectively improve parents interactive strategies,so as to promote social orienting of infants with autism.
