摘要
以纯电动园艺拖拉机为研究对象。根据拖拉机整车设计要求初步匹配动力传动系统各主要部件参数。基于Cruise建立该电动拖拉机整车模型,在Cruise中设置仿真任务,提出一种基于多学科优化软件Isight的电动拖拉机传动系统参数优化方法。采用多岛遗传算法针对传动系统速比进行优化,结果表明:通过Isight软件优化后的速比满足整车动力性和经济性设计要求,且各工况连续作业时间得到提升。
According to the design requirements of the tractor,the main components of the power transmission system were designed. Using Cruise to build the electric vehicle model,seting up the simulation task in Cruise,a parameter optimization method for electric tractor transmission system based on multidisciplinary optimization software Isight was proposed. The multi-island genetic algorithm was selected to optimize the transmission system speed ratio. The results showed that the speed ratio optimized by Isight software satisfies the vehicle dynamic and economic design requirements,and the continuous operation time of each working condition was improved.
