摘要
阀门泄漏尤其是内漏是影响舰船管路系统正常运行的重要因素。在对国内外阀门泄漏声发射检测的研究现状及进展进行综述的基础上,分析了阀门泄漏声发射检测的工作机理;在实验室条件下,设计并搭建了阀门泄漏模拟系统以及阀门泄漏声发射检测装置,研究了不同工况下阀门内漏声发射信号特征参数的变化规律。实验结果表明:声发射信号可以较好地反映阀门泄漏故障状态,这对下一步舰船管路阀门的泄漏监测具有借鉴意义。
Valve leakage,especially internal leakage,is a very important factor affecting the normal operation of Warship piping system. In this paper,the working mechanism of acoustic emission( AE)detection of valve leakage was analyzed firstly,and then the research status and development of valve leak acoustic emission detection were summarized. Finally,the valve leakage simulation system and the valve leakage acoustic emission detection device were designed and built under the laboratory conditions,and the variation law of the characteristic parameters of the valve internal leakage acoustic emission signal under different working conditions was studied. The experimental results showed that the characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal can reflect the leakage failure state of valve.This paper has very important reference significance on monitoring of the Warship pipeline valves leakage in the next step.
