基于全寿命周期的船舶硫化物减排措施的经济性 被引量:3

摘要 为有效应对日趋严格的硫排放限制法规的要求,提出使用低硫油、安装脱硫塔和使用液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG)燃料等3种措施。在对这3种应对措施进行定性分析的基础上,以全寿命周期理论为指导,考虑资金的时间价值,对费用现值法模型进行研究,提出基于费用现值法的硫排放限制应对措施经济性模型。实例分析结果表明,不同方案的经济性取决于船舶剩余使用年限、船舶在硫排放控制区(Emission Control Area, ECA)内航行的距离和燃油差价等因素。 Using low sulfur oil, installing scrubber and using LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) are the three commonly suggested countermeasures for complying with increasingly strict regulations on sulfur emissions. The three countermeasures are qualitatively analyzed to get general understanding. The economy of each countermeasure is modeled in terms of full life cycle cost on the present value basis. The analysis shows that the economical efficiency of the countermeasures depends on the service life of the ship, the route length within ECA(Emission Control Area) and fuel price difference.
