摘要 针对某大型集装箱船存在的轴系高温故障现象,通过开展轴系顶举试验和轴系负荷计算,分析整个轴系的受力情况,并对轴系发生高温故障的根本原因进行分析。结合故障原因分析结果,重新计算、调整轴系的受力情况,给出优化方案以消除该故障。通过对轴系高温故障案例进行分析,提出大型集装箱船轴系从设计到安装的各环节中应关注的要点。 The shafting high temperature failure on a large container ship is investigated through jack-up tests and shafting load analysis. The causes of the failure are identified. The load distribution of the shafting is adjusted according to the cause analysis. The main points that should be paid attention to throughout the whole process from design to installation of propulsion shafting are presented.
