摘要
取消高速公路省界收费站之后,出口收费车道不仅需计算车辆在本省的通行费额,而且需计算其在其他省份的通行费额,计算复杂度大幅增长。为进一步提升高速公路的通行效率和服务水平,对多省高速公路通行费快速计算方案进行研究。自由流收费对收费系统有更高的时间要求,在保持各省现有特殊计费规则和计费参数不变的前提下,通过图论算法和云端计费系统等手段快速还原车辆通行路径,并精确计算总的通行费额。对省界收费站拆除后带来的问题和技术难点进行分析,重点描述通行费计算实施模式和通行费计算方案。
Toll stations at exits of highways have to calculate the fee for total millage and split it according to the province ownership of road sections when provincial boundary toll stations are closed as required. It is challenging because of the complexity of the road network and the short calculation time acceptable. The graph theory algorithm and cloud accounting system are proposed to trace the travel route and to calculate fees on the basis of provincial ownership under the condition of keeping existing special charging rules and parameters in each province unchanged. The problems and technical difficulties caused by closing of provincial toll stations are analyzed, focusing on calculating implemention and procedure.
