摘要 介绍轻量化12R22. 5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 073 mm,断面宽295 mm,行驶面宽度218 mm,行驶面弧度高4. 5 mm,胎圈着合直径568. 5 mm,胎圈着合宽度248 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1. 13,胎面采用3条折线形主花纹沟和局部小刀槽花纹,花纹深度16. 5 mm,花纹饱和度71%,花纹周节数66。施工设计:采用双复合挤出胎面,采用4层带束层结构,1^#带束层采用0. 37+6×0. 32ST钢丝帘线,2^#和3^#带束层采用3×0. 20+6×0. 35HT钢丝帘线,4^#带束层采用5×0. 35HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0. 24/9×0. 225CCST钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和胎圈耐久性能等达到相应设计和标准要求。 The design on lightweight 12 R22. 5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 073 mm,cross-sectional width 295 mm,width of running surface 218 mm,arc height of running surface 4. 5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 568. 5 mm,bead width at rim seat 248 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 1. 13,using three zigzag main pattern grooves and local siping,pattern depth 16. 5 mm,block/total ratio 71%,and number of pattern pitches 66. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using coextruded tread and four layer belt structure,0.37+6×0.32 ST steel cord for 1^# belt,3×0.20+6×0.35 HT steel cord for 2^# and 3^# belt,5×0.35 HI steel cord for 4^# belt,3×0.24/9×0.225 CCST steel cord for carcass,using one-stage building machine to build tire,and double mold press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance and bead endurance met the requirements of the design and relative standards.
