摘要
研究高顺式聚丁二烯复合橡胶(HCBR)与反式聚辛烯橡胶(TOR)在低滚动阻力轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:HCBR和TOR可以显著提高胶料的100%定伸应力,在保证硬度相同的条件下可以减小补强填料用量;通过调整配方的补强体系,采用HCBR和TOR可以保证胶料的物理性能,同时60℃时的tanδ减小;采用HCBR和TOR的成品轮胎耐久性能和高速性能满足标准要求,同时滚动阻力减小。
The application of high cis-polybutadiene rubber(HCBR)and trans-polyoctene rubber(TOR)in the tread compound of low rolling resistance tire was investigated. The results showed that HCBR and TOR could significantly improve the modulus at 100% elongation of the compound,and thus the amount of reinforcing filler could be reduced under the condition of same hardness. By adjusting the reinforcing system of the formula,use of HCBR and TOR could ensure the physical properties of the compound,meanwhile decrease tanδ at 60 ℃. The endurance and high speed performance of the finished tire using HCBR and TOR met the requirements of corresponding standard,and the rolling resistance was reduced.
