为推动克拉玛依创新体系建设,中共克拉玛依市委、克拉玛依市人民政府成立了克拉玛依先进科技联合研究院,整合技术、人才、资金等资源,构建先进的“四位一体”科技创新模式,服务克拉玛依城市升级转型,为以后其他地区的科技创新平台建设提供借鉴。

In order to promote the construction of innovation system in Karamay, CPC Karamay Municipal Committee and Karamay Municipal People's Government have established the Karamay Advanced Science and Technology Joint Research Institute, which integrates resources, technology, talents and funds, constructs an advanced "four in one" science and technology innovation mode, serves the upgrading and transformation of Karamay city, and provide reference for the construction of science and technology innovation platform in other areas in the future.
