为了提高山西省科技成果转化效率,针对不同的科技项目来源,分析了科技成果转化的现状,从项目性质、市场判断、产业链布局等方面提出了推进高校科研成果转化的建议,指出促进成果转化需加强源头激活,增强区域经济动力,改善地区产业链结构,提升科学研究的工程化和工艺化经济水平,营造企业为主体的成果转化机制,提升成果转化质量。

In order to improve the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Shanxi Province, the current situation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is analyzed according to different sources of scientific and technological projects. Suggestions on promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities are put forward from the aspects of project nature, market judgment and industrial chain layout, and it is pointed out that strengthening source activation, enhancing regional economic power, improving the structure of regional industrial chain, upgrading the level of engineering and technological economy of scientific research, building enterprise-centered achievement transformation mechanism, and improving the quality of achievement transformation, are needed to promote transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
