摘要
专业教师的实践能力是提高职业教育质量的重要因素,企业实践是职业院校深化教学改革和提升教师教育教学能力的主要途径,是进一步深化校企合作的有效措施。而职业院校专业教师企业实践的现状并不乐观,各项制度落实效果不理想,亟待改善与提高。本文提出完善教师实践制度,强化政策考核检查;促进教师转变职业教育理念,激发企业实践内生动力;探索多种企业实践模式,为教师实践提供更多平台支持等对策,确保专业教师企业实践有效落实。
The practical capability of professional teachers is an important factor to improve the quality of vocational education. Enterprise related experience is the main way for vocational colleges to deepen teaching reformance and improve teachers' capabilities, and plays an critical role to promote college-enterprise cooperation. However, the status of teachers' vocational experience is not satisfying enough, and various policies have not been well implemented. This paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as perfecting the teacher practice system, strengthening the examination and inspection of policies, promoting teachers to change the concept of vocational education, stimulating the endogenous motive force of enterprise practice, exploring a variety of enterprise practice modes, providing more platform support for teachers'practice, and so on, to ensure the effective implementation of professional teachers' enterprise practice.
