摘要
本文对改革开放40年以来“中国知网”上有关“就业弹性”的文献进行系统梳理与回顾,发现已有研究大多围绕就业弹性系数的测算和趋势分析,就业弹性在不同地区、行业、企业、群体等所表现出的特点,以及就业弹性的影响因素等展开,伴随着党中央对保障和改善民生的重视程度不断加深,就业弹性研究逐渐成为理论研究的热点。未来研究需在就业弹性的系统性、质量层面以及数据结构等方面下功夫。
This paper systematically combs and reviews papers on "employment elasticity" on "CNKT" since the reform and opening-up 40 years. It is found that the research on employment elasticity, along with the increasing emphasis of the CPC Central Committee on ensuring and improving people's livelihood, has gradually become a hot topic of theoretical research, including the calculation and trend analysis of employment elasticity coefficient, the characteristics of employment elasticity in different regions, industries, enterprises and groups, and the influencing factors of employment elasticity. Future research should focus on the systematicness, quality and data structure of employment elasticity.
