摘要
目的:考察苍术-玄参药对不同溶剂提取部位对糖尿病模型小鼠空腹血糖(FBG)和血脂的影响,筛选苍术-玄参药对降糖作用有效部位。方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)联合高脂高糖饲料法建立糖尿病小鼠模型。以二甲双胍作为阳性对照药物。药物组分别ig给予苍术-玄参药对的多糖、挥发油、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷提取部位。观察小鼠基本状态和饮食饮水量,测定空腹血糖以及血清中TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C的含量。结果:与对照组比较,苍术-玄参药对中多糖和正丁醇部位能显著降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖含量(P<0.05;P<0.01)。二者对糖尿病小鼠血脂中TC、TG、LDL-C水平降低明显,对HDL-C水平升高显著(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:多糖和正丁醇部位是苍术-玄参药对降糖作用的有效部位。
Objective:To screen the effective parts which can lower blood glucose in different solvent extraction of Rhizoma Atractylodis-Radix Scrophulariae by investigating the fasting blood glucose and blood fat of diabetic model mice.Methods:The diabetic mice model has been established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin combined with high-fat and high-sugar diet.The metformin was used as a positive control drug.The drug group were ig given polysaccharide,volatile oil,n-butanol,ethyl acetate and dichloromethane part of Rhizoma Atractylodis-Radix Scrophulariae.The basic state and dietary water intake were monitored.The FBG and the contents of TC,TG,LDL-C.HDL-C in blood fat were determinated.Results:To compare with the control group,the polysaccharide and n-butanol part can significantly reduce the fasting blood glucose(P<0.05,P<0.01).The levels of TC.TG and LDL-C in blood fat of diabetic mice were significantly decreased,while the levels of HDL-C were significantly increase*PV0.05;P<0.01).Conclusion :The effective parts of Rhizoma Atractylodis-Radix Scrophul ariae for hypoglycemic action is the polysaccharide and n-butanol part.
