《傅青主女科》“利腰脐,通奇经”治法探析

分析《傅青主女科调经篇》中“调经门、种子门”的诊治规律,为治疗月经不调、不孕症提供新的诊疗思路。通过归纳《傅青主女科》中的条文,对“调经门、种子门”中疾病的病因、病机、理法方药、治疗大法及其临床治疗见解等进行分析,探讨临床月经不调、痛经、不孕症的治疗大法及治疗思想。傅山认为,月经病、不孕症等与腰脐和冲任督带有密切联系,治疗应以“利腰脐、通奇经”为主,调节肝脾肾以固腰脐,畅气机以通奇经。通过研究经典,以期用于月经病、不孕症的临床诊疗。

To analyz es the diagnostic and therapeutic regularity of “recuperate menstruation and fertility guideline” in Fu Qingzhu Niike's “recuperate menstruation class” in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of irregular menstruation and infertil让y.By summarizing the articles in Fu Qingzhu Niike,analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis,principles,prescriptions and medicines,treatment methods and clinical treatment opinions of diseases in “recuperate menstruation and fertility guideline”,and discusses the treatment methods and thoughts of clinical irregular menstruation,dysmenorrhea and infertility.Fu Shan believes that menstrual diseases and infertility are closely related to the lumbar and umbilicus and Chong,Ren,Du and Dai meridians.The treatment should be based on usmoothening lumbar and umbilicus and dredging the eight extraordinary meridiansM,regulating the liver,spleen and kidney to enhance the lumbar and umbilicus,and unblocking Qi to dredge the eight extra-channels.By studying Classics,it is hoped to be used for clinical diagnosis and treatment of menstrual disorders and infertility.
